Where is my package?

We will inform you about the expected delivery time of your order in your order confirmation email - after we have sent your package, you will receive another email with the tracking number. You can track your order here at any time using the tracking number.

Why hasn't my order shipped yet?

Please give us some time to prepare your order for shipping. We usually ship orders within 24 hours, for some orders it may take a little longer, in which case we will certainly have contacted you by email. You can always write to us via chat or send us an email if you have any questions.

What happens if I'm not there on the first delivery attempt?

If the parcel delivery person cannot reach you, you can use the shipment tracking to find out whether your parcel was delivered to a neighbor or to a branch, for example. In some cases, the second delivery attempt is made by a different shipping service provider. You can find all information about this in the shipment tracking.

The package has been shipped but not yet arrived

Please check the tracking to see if the package was dropped off at a neighbor's house. If it is not with a neighbor and the shipping status has not changed for days, please contact us.

What can I do if I ordered to the wrong address?

If you have already placed the order, unfortunately the delivery address cannot be changed later. Please contact us immediately after noticing the error. If we have not yet sent the package, we are happy to change the address. If the package has already been sent, you can change the address yourself directly at the post office if you have a customer account. If this is no longer possible, please don't worry: If your package cannot be delivered, it will be sent back to us as a return. The purchase amount will then be refunded to you within 14 days - as with a normal return.

I ordered the wrong item or changed my mind at short notice!

As long as the order has not yet been packed, you can cancel either the entire order or individual items. If you would like a different item instead, please place a new order. If you do not want to receive your order, please let us know immediately so that we do not send the package unnecessarily and pollute the environment. If the package has already been shipped, you can refuse acceptance and after the unopened package is returned to us, we will refund the purchase price.
